1. Who we are
These terms govern your use of stakebible.com ("StakeBible", "the site"). The site is operated by PREDICTIVE CAPITAL AI LABS S.R.L., a Romanian company registered with the National Trade Register Office (ONRC) under number J2026056423004, tax identification code (CUI) 55656798 ("we", "us").
You can reach us at support@stakebible.com. More details are on our contact page.
2. Accepting these terms
By using the site, you agree to these terms. By creating an account, you enter into an agreement with us on these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
How we process personal data is explained in our privacy policy.
3. What StakeBible is, and what it is not
- Information only. StakeBible publishes long-term price forecasts for crypto-assets, research about crypto projects, market data and a planning tool. The forecasts, research and market data are general information, the same for everyone. The planning tool applies fixed, published rules to the risk profile and target you enter; it knows nothing else about your finances, and what it shows are scenarios computed from our forecasts, not a personal recommendation.
- Not investment advice. Nothing on the site is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation or offer to buy, sell or hold any asset. We don't know your situation. The decisions you make are yours, and you may wish to take independent professional advice before making them.
- Forecasts are probabilistic estimates. Each forecast is a range built from statistical models of past prices, and, where we can support one, a stated share of the time the price should land inside it. The real price can fall outside the range, and any forecast can be wrong. Past price behaviour does not guarantee future results. Our methodology explains how forecasts are made and what they do not claim.
- Crypto-assets are highly volatile. Their prices can fall sharply and quickly, and you can lose all the money you put in. Never invest more than you can afford to lose.
- We don't handle your money. We hold no funds, execute no orders and never ask for exchange keys or access to your wallet. The portfolio in your account contains only what you enter.
- Research is automated. Research text and research scores are produced by language models reading public sources, not by an editor, and they can contain errors. Scores are not safety ratings. In particular, the trust rating shown next to each exchange is CoinGecko's measure of reported volume and order-book depth; it says nothing about an exchange's solvency or the safety of your funds.
4. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- Give accurate information, in particular an email address that is yours and that you can access.
- An account is for one person. Don't share your account or your password.
- Keep your password secure. If you think someone else is using your account, tell us straight away at support@stakebible.com. You can end all your sessions at any time with "Log out everywhere" in your account.
5. Paid plans
- Plans and prices. Besides the free plan, we offer two monthly plans and a lifetime plan. Prices are in euros, and the price shown on the pricing page before you pay is the total you pay. Paying for 3 or 12 months at a time is discounted, as shown on that page.
- Paying by card, through Stripe. A monthly plan bought by card is a subscription: your card is charged when you subscribe and again at the start of each new period you chose (1, 3 or 12 months), until you stop the renewal. The lifetime plan is a single payment. Stripe, a third-party payment provider, processes the payment under its own terms; we never see or store your card number.
- Paying in crypto, through Plisio. You pay on a Plisio payment page, which converts the price in euros into the crypto-asset you choose at the moment of payment. A crypto payment prepays the period you chose and never renews. Your plan starts once the payment is confirmed on the blockchain, which can take from a few minutes to longer, depending on the network. Plisio's own terms apply to the payment itself.
- Stopping a card subscription. You can stop the renewal at any time from your account, under "Manage billing". The period already paid stays yours until it ends, and nothing more is charged.
- When a renewal payment fails. Stripe may try the payment again over the following days. Your access continues for up to two days after the end of the paid period; after that, your account returns to the free plan until a payment succeeds.
- Price changes. A card subscription renews at the price you subscribed at. If we ever change that price, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before the new price applies, and you can stop the renewal before then.
- When a plan ends. Your account returns to the free plan. Your strategies are kept; those beyond the free plan's limit are locked until you pay again.
- Lifetime plan. The lifetime plan gives access to the paid features for as long as StakeBible operates the service.
- Your right of withdrawal. As a consumer in the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract made online. A paid plan gives you access immediately, so before you pay we ask you to tick a box confirming that you want access to start immediately and that you therefore lose this right once it starts (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU; in Romania, Article 16(m) of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014). We record when you gave this consent and confirm it in the email we send after the payment.
- Refunds. Once access has started, a paid period is not refundable, except where the law requires it. If something went wrong with a payment, for example a double charge, write to us at support@stakebible.com and we will put it right.
- Confirmation. After each payment, including each card renewal, we email you the plan, the amount and the period it covers.
6. Acceptable use
You may use StakeBible for your own information. You must not:
- access the site with automated tools, such as scrapers, crawlers, bots or scripts, beyond normal browsing, except for search engines that follow our robots.txt;
- use our API outside the normal use of our pages: it exists to serve the site and is not offered as a public service;
- try to get around rate limits, access controls or the limits of a plan;
- copy, republish or redistribute our forecasts, research or data at scale, or use them to build a competing dataset or service;
- probe, scan or test the security of the site, or interfere with how it works;
- create an account in someone else's name or with false information;
- use the site for anything unlawful.
Our systems automatically limit how many requests each address can make. If you find a security problem, please tell us at support@stakebible.com instead of testing it further.
7. Intellectual property
The site and its content, including text, design, software, forecasts, research and compilations of data, belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by law.
You may view and use them for your own personal, non-commercial information. You may share links to our pages and quote short extracts, provided you name StakeBible as the source and link to the page quoted. Any other use needs our written permission. You may not use the StakeBible name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you or your product.
8. Third-party data and links
- Market data comes from third parties. Prices come from exchanges (Bitstamp, Gate.io, Binance and OKX) and from CoinGecko; market capitalisation, supply, rank and exchange trust ratings come from CoinGecko. This data can be late, incomplete or wrong. We check what we can, but we can't guarantee it.
- Currency conversion. Amounts shown in currencies other than the US dollar are converted with rates from ExchangeRate-API. These rates are provided only to display amounts on the site and may not be extracted or redistributed.
- Links. Our research cites third-party sources and links to them. We don't control those sites and are not responsible for their content; their own terms apply.
9. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep the site available and accurate, but we can't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features. If we decide to close the service, we will give account holders reasonable notice by email.
10. Liability
- The site is provided as it is and as available, to the extent the law allows.
- We are not liable for investment or trading decisions you make, or for losses resulting from them, including decisions based on a forecast, a score or research published on StakeBible.
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost opportunities.
- Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or for harm to life, body or health. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Suspension and termination
- You can stop using StakeBible at any time. To close your account, write to support@stakebible.com from the account's email address. We will delete the account and its data as described in our privacy policy.
- We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaches these terms, that puts the security of the site or of other users at risk, or where the law requires it. Unless the law or security reasons prevent it, we will tell you why and give you the chance to respond.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when we add features or when the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. For significant changes, we will notify account holders by email before the changes take effect. If you don't accept the new terms, you can close your account; if you continue to use the site after they take effect, the new terms apply.
13. Governing law and disputes
- These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer living in another country of the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of that country.
- Please contact us first: most problems can be resolved by email.
- If we cannot reach an agreement, disputes are settled by the competent Romanian courts. If you are a consumer, you can also bring proceedings before the courts of the country where you live.
- Consumers can also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) at anpc.ro.
14. General
If a court finds any part of these terms invalid, the rest remains in force. If we don't enforce a right under these terms straight away, we have not given it up.
